This is Crime Buster v2.2 demo. It contains 3 game modes: Demo, Extra and The House. - Demo is updated version of Crime Buster but only contains 4 1st stages. Cutscenes are included. - Extra is extra levels which is comprised of 3 stages with extra difficulty. No cutscenes yet. - The House is locked game mode. Finish any mode above to unlock it. This game mode is endless so if you want to quit just use start button. Demo and Extra allows player select after clearing a stage. DO NOT SKIP cutscenes after it if you don't want to accidentally pick wrong char. There's a branch in Demo game mode, it's located in stage 4 in Truck Chase. Players must race to the end (left edge) before time runs out. Success or failure leads to different path. Since this demo ends at stage 4, you won't see any difference aside from the boss fight. Some enemy spawns are random meaning you might meet different enemies if you replay the mod. Each game mode has 1 bonus level. In this special level, heroes are invincible but special are disabled. There other moves which are 'silenced' too, see below. There are new moves but they are not listed in Howtoplay yet though most moves are still available. Some moves are removed while some are updated, read below for details. Oh yes, you can skip some pages in Howtoplay by pressing button. Info about new moves: A. General Moves - Maxima can't throw like Howtoplay shows but the others can. He has other move to replace it (see below). - While jumping, press left or right to change facing direction. - Dodge Rise: While rising, hold Up or Down to dodge up or down respectively. Very useful to avoid enemy attacks while rising. - Anti Grab: While being grabbed by enemy, press Special to break free. Heroes will perform different animation which costs no health. - Safety land: While being thrown by enemy, press Up+Jump in mid-air. Heroes will perform air recovery animation in mid air instead of instant recovery. B. Bao - Psycho Ball Crush: Press Special or Attack+Jump while running. - Psycho Ball: Down, Forward, Attack. Hold Attack to delay shooting and let go to shoot it. Cancel the move by pressing Up while delaying. - Psycho Throw: Press Forward+Attack while grabbing enemy to throw forward or press Back+Attack to throw backward. - Psycho Slam: Press Down+Attack while grabbing enemy. - Air Pressure: Press Down+Attack while jumping to enemy's head. Only work against non jumping enemies*. C. Kula - Leg Throw is updated and plays better now. - Freeze Touch costs health now but she let go frozen enemy after that. - Blizzard Breeze: Press Special or Attack+Jump while running. - Diamond Wave: Down, Up, Special. Hold Special to delay the move and let go to perform the move. Delaying makes the move shoot ice wave. Longer delay shoots ice wave which travels farther. - Diamond Breath: Down, Forward, Attack. Hold Attack to delay shooting. Long delay makes breath travels farther. - Ice Statue: Down, Forward, Up, Attack. A counter attack, freezes enemies who hit her when she turns white **. - Ice Coffin: Press Forward+Attack while grabbing enemy. D. Athena - Crystal Shoot: Down, Forward, Attack. Hold Attack to delay shooting and let go to shoot it. Cancel the move by pressing Up while delaying. Press Special while delaying to shoot alternate projectile. - Psychic Throw: Press Forward+Attack while grabbing enemy. - Super Psychic Throw: Press Up+Attack while grabbing enemy. Thrown enemy can be juggled. - Psycho Shield: Down, Forward, Up, Attack. A counter attack, knocks down enemies who hit her when her shield is on **. - Nu Psycho Reflector: Down, Up, Attack. Hold Attack for more hits. - Psychic Shoot: Press Attack while jumping but do it close to a juggled enemy or jumping enemy*. Can't be performed while running jump. E. Ralf - German Throw is updated and plays better now. - Dynamite Headbutt becomes his grabfinisher and it's single hit. - Gatling Attack: Press Special or Attack+Jump while running. - Vulcan Punch: Down, Up, Attack. Hold Attack for longer attack. - Galactica Phantom: Down, Up, Special. Hold Special to delay the move and let go to perform the move. Delaying makes the move stronger. - Running Bulldog: Press Special or Attack+Jump while running but do it close to an enemy*. - Powerbomb: Press Jump while grabbing enemy. - Napalm Stretch: Press Attack while jumping but do it close to a juggled enemy or jumping enemy*. Can't be performed while running jump. F. Maxima - His arm extends while running attack. - He can walk while grabbing an enemy. - Mongolian becomes his grabattack. - Suplex: Press Back+Attack while grabbing enemy. - Ass Breaker: Press Down+Attack while grabbing enemy. - Super Maxima Lift: Press Jump while grabbing enemy. Hold Attack when he lands to combo with Centoun Press. - Dynamite Drop: Press Forward+Attack while grabbing enemy. *: About Air Pressure, Psychic Shoot, Running Bulldog and Napalm Stretch, they are non-grab slams (performed without grabbing) and their command are similar to other move. The latter means that if these moves failed, heroes will perform the other move instead. It might take some practice to connect those moves but don't worry, it's not hard. Bikers and Jetpacks are immune to these moves so don't bother trying on them. Same for obstacles obviously ;). **: Ice Statue and Psycho Shield can't be performed in bonus levels. Some enemies have been improved. Some of them can safety land from throws now. I won't spoil who can do that and who can't, see for yourselves ;) ;D. Though I should tell you that enemies can't safety land from Athena's Psychic Throw and Psychic Shoot.
